Overview

Provide strategic administrative support to Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner of Taylor. Partner with CEO to interact at all levels within the organization and serve as an internal and external communications bridge with Taylor’s managing partners, general staff, client partners and existing / prospective business alliances.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as “gatekeeper” by managing all incoming CEO-related information and effectively directing the flow of communication to key internal and external constituents
  • Proactively maintain and manage CEO schedule to ensure his proper allocation of time for pre-meeting evaluation, analysis and completion of established deliverables
  • Manage the complex calendar of the CEO, ensuring fluid time management and punctuality
  • Manage all administrative functions for the CEO, including the preparation of detailed itineraries, agendas and executive meeting materials / presentations, filing and maintenance of organizational systems
  • Efficiently manage shifting priorities to meet CEO-related deadlines and action items
  • Work closely with CEO to conduct analysis of prospective client partners
  • Work independently on select projects assigned by the CEO, as needed

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
